Dr. Murshidul Arefin is a hepatobiliary, pancreatic and liver transplant surgeon practicing in Dhaka. He holds MBBS (Dhaka) and MS in Hepatobiliary Surgery from BSMMU, and is a Fellow of the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA). He is also a life member of SOSB and SELSB. He works as a Consultant/Assistant Professor in Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic and Liver Transplant Surgery at Popular Medical College & Hospital, Dhanmondi. His clinical focus includes liver surgery, gallbladder and bile-duct disease, pancreatic surgery, laparoscopic HPB surgery and liver transplantation. He is also involved in clinical research and peer-reviewed publications in HPB surgery, including work related to pancreatic and liver disease.
